Licences & EULA
All fonts are licenced, not sold. By purchasing and downloading a font you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully before use.
Desktop Licence
Permits installation on up to 5 CPUs within a single household or business location. The fonts may be used in printed materials, static images, and documents (including PDFs). You may not embed the fonts in software or use them on websites without a separate Web Licence.
Web Licence
Permits embedding on a single domain via @font-face CSS. Licences are tiered by monthly unique visitors. Self-hosting only — the font files may not be served from a third-party CDN without written permission.
App Licence
Permits embedding in a single mobile or desktop application (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, Linux). Each additional app requires a separate licence.
ePub / eBook Licence
Permits embedding in a single ePub or eBook title. The font may not be extracted from the ePub file or used for purposes other than rendering the publication.
General Restrictions (all licences)
- You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the font files.
- You may not share, sub-licence, or resell the fonts to third parties.
- Font files may not be used to create competing typeface products.
- One licence per legal entity. Agencies must purchase on behalf of their clients.
EULA — End User Licence Agreement
This agreement is between Your Foundry Name ("Licensor") and the purchasing individual or organisation ("Licensee"). By downloading the fonts you accept these terms.
The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the fonts in accordance with the scope of the purchased licence type. This agreement does not transfer ownership of the fonts.
In the event of a breach of these terms, the licence terminates immediately and the Licensee must cease use and delete all copies of the font files.
