Monto Specimen

Monto Specimen is the printed booklet made for Monto's original bachelor's degree project in 2022, when the family was planned as a nine-part system: Grotesk Display, Grotesk, Screen, Pop, Rounded, Mono, Contrast, Semi Serif and Serif. Three of those have shipped as foundry releases since, and a few things in these pages have changed along the way, so think of it less as documentation and more as a preview of what might still be coming.

Consider it a time capsule: a look at Monto before it became a foundry release, printed in seven-colour HP Indigo and perfect bound. Every copy includes a one-time discount voucher, good against any current or future Monto release.
